Deacons
Deacons are part of a team that is responsible for the spiritual leadership and administration of New Life Church. Deacons care for the affairs of the church. This includes the physical needs of those in our church family. In addition deacons serve in communion service, baptismal service, to name a few.
Discipleship and Christian Education
The Discipleship and Christian Education Ministry plans and administers the total educational ministries of the congregation by:
- Assessing the educational needs of New Life Church
- Evaluating the educational programs to assure they meet the needs of the congregation
- Being a resource for the congregation for procuring educational materials
- Carrying our specific education programs such as Bible Study, Children and adult Church School and Vacation Bible School
Intercessory Prayer
Every Thursday (7:00 - 8:00 PM)
This ministry consists of individuals full of compassion, mercy and a strong spirit of persistence. Weekly meeting in a physically building to lift others need up to God’s throne, but praying without ceasing in the personal time.
This team provides immeasurable spiritual direction to the church body by effectively using the Word of God in prayer to bring to knowledge God’s will and purpose in our lives, the church and our nation. In addition enlightens us on God’s perspective regarding a situation (the mind of Christ).
Helps Ministry
The Helps Ministry is the unification of various supportive units set in the church to serve God. The ministry supports the vision of the Pastor, as God has directed him, and serves the members of the Body of Christ.

Usher's and Greeter’s Ministry
The “face” of New Life Church, providing a smiling face, a warm handshake and a joyful greeting to ensure people feel welcomed. Their roles are to greet, hand out programs, seat people, answer questions, and collect the offering.
Coordinates and supports special events at the Church
Maintain and operate audio/visual equipment in support of Church activities.
Coordinates Church transportation services associated with Church services and activities
Men’s Ministry
First Saturday each month (8:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
This ministry is focused on developing men to become more Christ-like in attitude and actions. This goal is to produce spiritually stronger men, husbands, fathers, families and churches. In addition develop solid and deeper friendship with other men and creating a “men mentoring men” (old and young) support group.
Women’s Ministry
Second Friday each month (7:30 - 9:00 PM)
This ministry is committed to encouraging women to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Women of New Life are encouraged to accept their responsibility as women of God who will offer themselves as living sacrifices, acceptable and pleasing to God; be devoted to one another in love, honoring one another above themselves; serve God and the members of New Life in joy. Women are also encouraged to be committed to teaching the younger women, as outlined in Titus 2:4.
The women on New Life Church are inspiring to become the Proverbs 31 women.
Youth Friday
Third Friday each month (7:00 - 8:30 PM)
The purpose of the Children’s Ministry is to introduce and expose children to Christ and make Christ relevant for their age group. The Children’s Ministry is specially designed to equip children to be “true disciples” and encourage them to live their life in a way that brings glory and honor to God.
